The system uses an autoscript and bans people who tries to start and stop downloads by web-browser multiple times.This is just done to preserve bandwidth. we firmly believe that in most countries downloading such big files by web browser is a tough ask and invariable it will get disconnected at some point of time. so the used bandwidth in downloading by a browser wud b wasted. so if u do do not use a download manager u will b banned . it has been designed in that way ...
